    Scholarship Benefits for Eligible Students

    Category Scholarship Benefit Eligibility Criteria Documents Required at the Time of Admission
    Defence Personnel 20% Defence personnel or ex-servicemen with a minimum of 2 years of service in the armed forces Service letter along with service ID card
    Divyaang (For persons with disabilities) 20% Individuals with disabilities Disability ID card / certificate
    Merit 10% Aspirants with ≥75% (aggregate) at entry level qualification from a recognised board/university. Mark sheets of entry-level qualification showing aggregate percentage
    MAHE / Academy of General Education (AGE) Alumni 15%
    • UG/PG degree holders of MAHE / AGE colleges with ≥75% (aggregate) in graduation.
    • Alumni scholarships are available only to graduates of MAHE and do not extend to alumni of other universities of Manipal.
    		 UG/PG marksheets and certificate of MAHE / AGE colleges
    SAARC & EWC 40% Learners from SAARC/EWC countries. Valid government-issued ID or passport confirming nationality of a SAARC/EWC country

    Corporate Employees 15% UAN Card, Organization ID Card, and Appointment Letter.
    Note:
    • MAHE Select Scholarship is applicable only to the first semester fee. It cannot be clubbed with other scholarship categories.
    • Only 1 scholarship can be availed by a learner at a time, whichever is higher.
    • Scholarship benefits will be applicable only semester wise.
